
(ANSA) - TRIESTE, OCT 6 - The Slovenian news agency STA reports that the remaining two Croatian mountaineers who had been missing since being swept away by an avalanche below Mount Tosc (2,275m) in the Julian Alps in northwestern Slovenia on Sunday were discovered dead by rescuers on Monday morning, following the discovery of one Croatian the day before. All three were discovered buried in the snow.The accident occurred as seven Croatian mountaineers were returning from Slovenia's highest peak, Mt Triglav. They spent the night in the Vodnikov Dom hut before deciding to continue their descent on Sunday morning. (ANSA).
