XVII International Symposium “Feed Technology”, Novi Sad (Serbia)
For 25 years now, the biannual event of the International feed technology symposium has been gathering representatives of academia and industry in order to promote research, development, innovation and education within the field. It provides a platform for scientific exchange between university and research institute members and creates an important forum between and among the academia and producers as well as distributors.
The ultimate goal of the symposium is the dissemination of knowledge to the wider audience and to draw attention to the importance of feed science as one of the most strategic areas in the European Union and Serbia. This year’s symposium will also give the participants, including young scientists and students, an chance to present their results and findings.
The XVII International Symposium “Feed technology” will emphasise the challenges in feed research, particularly feed technology, processing and engineering. The main topics will cover the latest progress in fundamental and applied feed science, research and development, animal nutrition, quality and safety of raw materials and ingredients. It will highlight the functional additives application and food waste valorisation for animal feed. The symposium is organised by the Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad (FINS), and is taking place alongside the III International Congress on Food Technology, Quality and Safety.
