The CEI Programme Manager heads the team of the Office for the CEI Fund at the EBRD located in Trieste and in London. He is responsible for liaising with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other Italian institutions, Italian Constituency at the EBRD, EBRD Vice-President for Risk Management, Human Resources and Nuclear Safety, and Director of EBRD Official Co-financing Unit. The Programme manager maintains contacts with International Organisations (EC, FAO, OECD, UNECE), International Financial Institutions (EIB, WB, Council of Europe Development Bank), as well as with regional initiatives where thematic and geographical priorities coincide with CEI activities.
