(ANSA) - MOSCOW, DEC 7- Kosovo's plan to create its own regular army is ''a provocation'', Russian Foreign Minister Serghiei Lavrov said in an interview with Greece's Efimerida ton Syntakton daily cited by Tass. ''Pristina - said the head of Russian diplomacy - is not only openly sabotaging the implementation of the agreements reached within the EU-mediated dialogue with Belgrade, but is also taking further provocative steps''.
